“Freinds dont let friends become cops”

So i stumbled onto the hashtag party a little late but its worth looking into. A campaign for the NYPD on twitter has brought to light the real feelings of the masses towards New Yorks Finest. In an effort to promot the NYPD people have been asked to use the Hashtag #myNYPD to show their support. What actually happened was a flood of pictures and videos depicting police brutality and power abuse. One video i saw seen here depicts a journalist getting knocked down and struck with a baton when a large group of cops spring into “Cop Mode” and start flailing at people standing around someone being detained.

The particular stance on police i usually take is very anti christmas. When it comes to organized enforcers, its not the fucking thought that counts. The Police are not an organization that should be judged by the overall good. The name and word of the police is only as good as their most crooked, Power tripped, ignorant officer. but by all means do what they say if you know whats good for you.
